At the end of each year, people begin to think about New Year’s resolutions. They can be different for everyone, often including ideas like losing weight or being friendlier to co-workers. You may even be thinking about continuing your education or making an effort to travel more. When it comes to therapists, resolutions can be very important. This is especially the case when you are willing to put the work in and really try for a positive change in your practice.
