We’ve all probably had a doubt or two before starting therapy. People who haven’t put the work in sometimes don’t have a positive outcome, and maybe we worry that we’ll find ourselves in that same scenario. Will it be too expensive? Can I stop whenever I want? What if I just don’t “click” with my therapist? There are so many concerns. But, there are also myths that just aren’t based on facts, that should have no part in our decision making.
